Honest Advent 2020! 

Advent is here. The season where we celebrate the birth of our savior, Jesus! He came all those years ago wrapped in swaddling clothes as a humble baby as our King. Glory to God in the Highest! This year we are calling Advent, “Honest Advent.” We will look at the honesty of Jesus’ birth. Themes will be Vulnerability, Identity, Embodiment, Love, and Participation. 

This year Advent we are doing many of the same things we normally do but slightly different. Some highlights: The first week of Advent is next Sunday November 29. Family Caroling is December 13. Our Kid’s Advent Special is December 20th. In lieu of Advent Dinners as we cannot have them this year due to the pandemic we will have a weekly online devotional. And our Christmas Eve service will be in person, outdoors at 3pm. We will have a special online service at 3pm and a Christmas Eve Midnight service online only at 11:30pm.

Below you will see the schedule. We are also doing a combined Blue Christmas Service with the Methodist Church on December 20 that will be online.
